Instead of buying a printer as a capital purchase, you pay a fixed monthly rental that covers the hardware, toner, spare parts and service. Printing moves from a capital line to a running operating expense, and there is no asset to depreciate or dispose of at end of life.
The device, installation and network configuration, all genuine HP toner, drums and spare parts, preventive maintenance visits, breakdown support and an agreed page allowance. You supply paper, power and network. Pages above the allowance are billed at the per-page rate in your contract.
Event and project rentals start at one day. Printer Opex plans typically run 12, 24 or 36 months — the longer the term, the lower the monthly rental. Laptops and desktops are commonly taken on 24 to 36 months.
Ready-stock items usually reach sites across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Vasai-Virar within 24 to 48 hours of a confirmed order. Configured laptops and A3 MFDs need a little longer depending on the build and stock position.
SNA does. Our own service centre and field engineers cover the equipment for the whole rental period, with a standby unit provided if a repair will take longer than the agreed response time.
Yes. Buyout at written-down value can be built into the contract at the start, or you can return the units and refresh onto current models. Data-bearing devices are wiped and a certificate issued before they leave your site.
Our rental fleet is served from Mumbai and covers the MMR and Vasai-Virar belt as standard. Other locations in Maharashtra can be quoted case by case, including logistics and on-site response.
