Who we are
- SNA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“SNA”, “we”, “us”) is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through www.snainfotech.co.in.
- This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- It covers this website only. Personal data you give us in the course of an order, AMC or service contract is also governed by the agreement for that engagement and by our terms and conditions.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, city, the product or service you are interested in, a short description of your organisation and your message.
- Where you reach a form from a product page, comparison tool or quote builder, the selections you made there are sent with the enquiry so that we can quote accurately.
- Usage data collected by Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SER36LHTPW): pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type and browser.
- Your cookie choice, stored in a cookie named cookieconsent_status, so that the banner is not shown to you again.
- Your IP address is necessarily visible to our hosting provider and to the third-party services that deliver parts of each page: Google (Analytics, Maps and Fonts) and the jsDelivr and Cloudflare content delivery networks.
- We do not ask for payment card details, bank account details or government identity numbers through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange a site visit or demonstration.
- To supply, deliver, install and support the products and services you order.
- To keep records of enquiries and orders, and to meet our accounting, tax and warranty obligations.
- To understand which pages are used, so that we can improve the website.
- We rely on the consent you give when you submit a form, and on the legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act for responding to a request you have made to us.
Cookies and analytics
- Essential: cookieconsent_status records whether you allowed or declined cookies. Without it the site cannot remember your choice.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure how the site is used. Advertising and remarketing storage are switched off — there is no advertising or remarketing tag on this site.
- Analytics runs by default and stops if you decline. If you decline on the banner, analytics storage is switched off for that visit and for later visits from the same browser.
- You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of any page, and you can clear cookies from your browser settings.
Who we share it with
- OEMs and authorised distributors (such as HP, Xerox, Lexmark and Brother) and our installation and service partners, where we need them to price, supply, install or support what you asked for.
- Service providers who run our website hosting, email and IT systems, acting on our instructions.
- Government authorities, auditors or professional advisers, where we are required or permitted by law to disclose.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry records are kept for 3 years from our last contact with you, and are then deleted.
- Where an enquiry becomes an order, the related records are kept for as long as accounting, tax, warranty and contractual obligations require.
- Usage data is retained for the period configured in our Google Analytics property.
How we protect it
- This website is served over HTTPS.
- Access to enquiry records, and to the mailboxes that receive them, is limited to the staff who need it in order to respond.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive personal data through the enquiry forms.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
- Ask what personal data of yours we hold, and how it has been processed.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update data that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Ask us to erase your personal data where we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected for.
- Withdraw consent you have given. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.
- To exercise any of these, email our grievance officer below from the address you used for the enquiry, so that we can identify you.

- This website and our services are intended for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children.
