Yes. We check the make and model of your current NVR and cameras, and where needed arrange a demo camera to confirm compatibility before you order.
DORI is the distance at which a camera can Detect, Observe, Recognise or Identify a person. For example, a 2MP dome with a 3.6mm lens can identify a face at about 5 metres but only detect movement at around 50 metres. We plan positions against the level you actually need.
2MP suits most indoor areas and short distances. 4MP gives more detail at gates and perimeters. 8MP (4K) with a motorised zoom covers large yards and long driveways with fewer cameras. Higher resolution also needs more storage, which we size for you.
Choose an NVR with more channels than cameras so you can expand – an 8-channel NVR for up to 8 cameras, 16-channel for a mid-size office or society, and 32-channel for larger sites. Storage depends on the number of hard disks and the retention period you need.

Yes. Every IP CCTV system we install is configured for secure live and playback viewing on the mobile app.
CCTV records what happened; an intrusion alarm tells you it is happening. Sites that sit empty overnight usually need both, and we integrate them so an alarm pulls up the right camera.
We lay Cat6 cabling with conduit and set up racks and PoE switches. Civil, carpentry and power points are usually in the client scope, and we coordinate with your electrician.
Yes. Our AMC covers cameras, NVR, power supplies and switches, with preventive visits and breakdown support – including systems we did not install.
