Installation is part of the supply. Our engineers deliver the device, connect it to your network, load drivers on the machines that will use it, configure scan-to-email or scan-to-folder, and hand over with a short walkthrough. A printer that works from only one PC is not a delivered printer.
Yes, and it is worth involving us before the floor plan is final. We survey the site, work out how many devices each floor actually needs and where they should sit, and phase delivery to match your occupancy date. The same visit can cover IT infrastructure, structured cabling and CCTV if those are still open.
Genuine OEM cartridges as standard — we are an HP Registered Supplies Reseller and supply Xerox toner under our Xerox dealership. Compatibles are available where a customer specifically asks and the device is out of warranty, but we will tell you plainly what that does to print quality and to your service cover.
Call our help desk and an engineer is assigned. In-warranty faults go through the OEM with us handling the call; out-of-warranty devices are repaired at your site or on our Andheri East bench. If uptime matters, an AMC puts a contracted response time behind that instead of a best-effort one.
It depends on how long you need it and how your budget is structured. Buying usually wins over five years if volumes are stable and you have the capital. Yes. We are registered on the Government e-Marketplace, so central and state buyers can place orders through GeM against the usual categories. Our GeM page explains how that runs.
Commonly stocked A4 models usually go out within a day or two of a confirmed order. A3 department MFDs and configured Managed models depend on the configuration and current OEM stock, and we will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one. If the requirement is urgent, say so — a rental unit can often bridge the gap.
