Standard quotation terms
- Taxes: As shown in the quotation. Freight charges will be charged extra for delivery outside Mumbai.
- Availability / Delivery Period: Within 1 week from acceptance of the Purchase Order, subject to stock availability.
- Order Processing: Processing will start as soon as written / e-mail confirmation is received.
- Payment: 100% advance.
- Validity: Each quotation remains valid for the period stated on it. Where no period is stated, it is valid for 7 days only.
- Payment Mode: The Cheque / Demand Draft has to be in favour of SNA Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Application of these terms
- These terms apply to every quotation, proposal, order and invoice issued by SNA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“SNA”, “we”, “us”) to a customer (“you”).
- Where a quotation or a signed agreement (such as an FSMA, AMC, rental agreement or scope of work) states different terms, that document takes precedence for that engagement.
- Terms printed on a customer purchase order do not apply unless we accept them in writing.
Quotations and orders
- An order is confirmed only when we receive a written purchase order or e-mail confirmation and, where applicable, the advance payment.
- Hardware prices depend on OEM and distributor pricing and stock, and may be revised after the validity period.
- Product specifications and images are provided by the respective manufacturers and are indicative. The model and part numbers in the quotation govern the supply.
- Special-order, imported or project-specific items cannot be cancelled once ordered with the OEM or distributor.
Delivery and installation
- Delivery periods are estimates that run from receipt of the confirmed order and payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by OEMs, distributors, transporters or site non-readiness.
- Please check goods at the time of delivery and note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery challan.
- For installation, you are responsible for site readiness: power supply (and UPS where recommended), network points, access permissions and a suitable environment for the equipment.
- Civil and electrical work, internet provisioning and items not listed in the quotation are excluded unless stated otherwise.
Warranty
- Products carry the standard warranty of the respective manufacturer, serviced as per the OEM’s policy, either directly by the OEM or through SNA as an authorised service partner.
- Warranty does not cover consumables, physical or liquid damage, power-surge damage, misuse, use of non-genuine consumables, or repairs by unauthorised persons.
AMC, FSMA, repairs and rentals
- Coverage, service levels and per-page charges for AMC, FSMA and managed services are as stated in the signed agreement or quotation.
- Before handing over any device for repair, please back up your data. We are not responsible for data loss during diagnosis or repair.
- Rental equipment remains the property of SNA at all times and must be returned in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
Returns and cancellations
- Products once sold are not returnable except for wrong supply or dead-on-arrival units accepted by the OEM.
- Software licences, subscriptions (for example Microsoft 365, antivirus and cloud services) and opened consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service concerned.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, business or downtime.
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
Use of this website
- Information on this website is for general guidance and may change without notice. Prices and specifications are confirmed only through a formal quotation.
- Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
- Information you submit through our enquiry forms is used to respond to your enquiry and is handled in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- This website uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and clear them from your browser settings at any time.
Governing law and jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your quotation applies to that order.
