Overview of the Customer

Carnation Wealth & Financial Solutions LLP is a growing wealth-management and financial-services firm serving clients from client-facing offices in Thane and Dombivli. As the firm added its second location, it needed surveillance that worked the same way at both sites.

The Challenge

A growing financial-services firm needed reliable video surveillance for client-facing offices in Thane and Dombivli. The firm wanted one consistent platform across both offices, so that footage, apps and support worked the same way at each site — while keeping the spend sensible for a branch that is smaller than the head office.

The Solution

SNA Infotech proposed a matched CP Plus IP design for both locations in a single consolidated proposal:

• Cameras: CP Plus 4MP dome IP cameras (CP-UNC-DA41L3C series), discreet and well suited to office interiors.
• Thane head office: a 16-channel 4K NVR (CP-UNR-4K2161-V2), a CP Plus 16-port PoE switch, a 4 TB surveillance drive and a D-Link 6U rack.
• Dombivli branch: a right-sized 8-channel 4K NVR (CP-UNR-4K2081-V4), a CP Plus 8-port PoE switch, a 4 TB Seagate surveillance drive and a D-Link 6U rack.
• Cabling: D-Link CAT6 with conduit, with existing cable reused wherever it tested sound.

Execution

• Phase 1 — Thane: material processed and installed in August 2026, with an additional dome camera and a longer HDMI run added to suit the final display location.
• Phase 2 — Dombivli: eight dome cameras installed in September 2026. After the site check, the team used the customer’s existing cabling, avoiding new cable and civil disruption.
• Single point of contact: one SNA sales and service team managed both branches end to end.

The Results

• Two branches, one platform: an identical CP Plus ecosystem, so staff use one app and one workflow wherever they are.
• Right-sized at each site: a 16-channel NVR for the larger office and an 8-channel NVR for the branch, with no overbuying.
• Cost avoided: reusing sound existing cable at Dombivli cut both material and labour.
• Repeat business: the customer returned for an add-on camera after go-live.

Conclusion

Standardising the platform while right-sizing the hardware gave Carnation Wealth consistency without waste. The Thane office set the camera positions and settings; Dombivli followed the same pattern on smaller hardware, and a site check before installation turned existing cabling from an assumption into a saving.
